DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive mounted on a branded card and wrapped in tissue paper, complete with a care card and thank you note. If you are sending a gift, please use the option at checkout to include a gift message with your order. Our packaging is designed and made at home and is fully recyclable!

Shipping

Glitter Viking uses Royal Mail for shipment within the UK, and aims to despatch orders within 3-5 days. Please contact us separately with your order number if you need an order urgently and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Please note, we are not currently able to ship outside of the UK due to Brexit and US tariffs.

Returns

If you change your mind:

• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a return. Please provide your order number in all correspondence.

• All jewellery must be returned undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• We will provide an address for returned items but we are unfortunately unable to pay the cost of postage unless an item is faulty.

• Your refund will be processed as soon as possible once the item has been returned.
